Terms of Use

RapidFire Reports provides a cloud-based platform for home inspectors and inspection companies to create, manage, and deliver inspection reports, schedule appointments, manage client and property records, and integrate with third-party services such as payment processors and calendar applications. Features and availability may change at any time at our discretion.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share access with unauthorized persons.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at support@rapidfirereports.com.
• Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our systems, or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written authorization.

Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. By subscribing or purchasing:

• You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Rapid Fire Reports, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

You retain ownership of the inspection data, photos, reports, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display it solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, mapping providers, calendar applications). These integrations are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

RapidFire Reports is a reporting and management tool. Inspection conclusions and reports are solely the responsibility of the inspector who creates them. We do not verify the accuracy or completeness of any inspection data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAPID FIRE REPORTS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapid Fire Reports, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms or non-payment of fees. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top and may provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
